It seems like are mage from the island is taking a stroll while passing several people that work there.

From her look as she passed that couple of ladies having a conversation, it looks like it isn't going to well. If you take in how they all go about their lives and her personality in the QanA page about her answering why her people in charge all seemed to be of dog descent, I would gather she is continuing to get that strange vibe of not fitting in.

It probably doesn't help with her views on how to go about courting someone. These are all possibly alien concepts of worry and discussion from where she's from.
