More likely he started shifting into the armour immediately after the last page, while Jyrras had his back turned. After all, no telling when a sleep-deprived roo-rat might lose his grip* in the middle of a dramatic gesture.

If Abel formed the armor out of his wings or somesuch, the clan mark wouldn't show through. That does, however, raise some interesting questions about what would happen if he shifted the area of his back that had the clan mark. The mark would show, I understand, and glow because of the magic, but would it remain in the same place unchanged? For instance, what would happen if he decided to sprout a third arm out of the center of his back or something?

Heads up: The comic is still on it's way, just may be a bit delayed due to Photoshop eating my progress. I'll post it the moment I finish it, but it's possible I may take a nap in between.

When I originally read this, I presumed that it ment that the comic would be up BEFORE Friday's regulerly scedualed update. I guess something has come up that delayed the comic even further, and I'm ok with that. However, it would have been nice to get a "Check back Friday. You can stop refreshing the comic every half hour now."

Please. Try that when you have between thirty to forty tabs open at any given moment. SOMETHING has to give, after all. Mind you, I seem to have over eighty tabs open right now, but after a certan point, raw bulk stops being a facter.

Of course you could always write a program that would retrieve the web page once a minute and signal an alarm when the picture changes.  That way you could get on with your life and be alerted to new pages when they appear.
