Also LLEARCH THE BLINKING BOX IS TRIPPING ME OUT MAN

*blinkblink* What blinking box? *blinkblink*
But there was no blinking box. It was never there. And there is no spoon.

In all seriousness, I think he means your avatar from yesterday. It was the one that went to negative and back, if I remember correctly.
Indeed, that was the box that was tripping me out. However, as soon as I posted that, the box in question disappeared. Hmmmm.....

He's got a bunch of different avatars all set up in a program on his website: his avatar on this forum changes to a different one at random once a day. If I could remember the link I'd show you his collection.

... My avatar is random. Always. So "yesterday" is no different from "three months ago", other than I think in the last three months there's been one or two additions. Certainly the link on the forum hasn't changed in over 6 months, if not a year or more. And it's not "once a day", it's "whenever your browser requests a new image" - which means, if your browser caches excessively, it'll not rotate. Like IE. If you're using Firefox, it rotates a _lot_.

Hence why my sig has a link to a page with all of them on it, so that people can identify which one, and point me to it, when they complain. And so I can smile and nod, and ignore them... ;-]

I know it's random. That's why I clarified which one you had yesterday, silly Boxy.

And yes, I forgot about the link in your sig. Sorry. Next time someone asks, I won't. Forget, that is.

EDIT:
In an attempt to keep this post slightly on topic...
Regina: "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" by Cydni Lauper (the lyrical dissonance is fun!)

found a good one for Merlitz and Aaryanna: Always - Saliva

"I love you, i hate you, i can't live without you"

for Matilda: Bittersweet Symphony - The Verve  seems rather appropriate

For Dan and Regina, although a little too mellow, the song :Take the Money and Run - Steve Miller Band, is somewhat applicable

see, Regina is Bobby-Sue, and Dan is obviously Billy Mack...

And also, i'm surprised no one has said this one yet for Lorenda: Fat Bottom Girls - Queen

I support the demon race (usually with my hands)!   Also... LOOK A DISTRACTION! -->

Tapewolf

Destania - My Evil Plan to Save the World by Five-Iron Frenzy

Jyrras - Alone Again Or by Love

Yeah,
I heard a funny thing
Somebody said to me
You know that I could be
In love
With almost everyone
I think that people are
The greatest fun...

May: "Mama" - My Chemical Romance

"She said: 'You ain't no son of mine
For what you've done they're gonna find
A place for you
And just you mind your manners when you go.
And when you go, don't return to me, my love.'"

full lyrics here

I'm such a whore.

Dan and Regina (bittersweet): "Kiss" - Korn
"The last thing I would like to do before I go away
is cry there next to you
Cry and talk about the good old days and where they've gone
And now how much I hate you

....

I feel the blood drip off my body as it falls right there
on the ground
What am I now?"

full lyrics here

Since I think they had a romantic relationship at some point, and Regina used the trust to try to destroy his life, I found this song appropriate. :c But it makes it sound like Dan still loves Regina. Bleh. I'll find a more violent song later.

I LISTEN TO SUCH EMO MUSIC. WHAT.

Aaryanna- Maneater (can't remember artist)

Hall & Oates... not Nelly Furtado
"Ha ha! The fun has been doubled!"

Stygian

Wildy. She'd probably like to be something rockish (and suggestive) like "Pandora's Box" by Aerosmith or even something catchy like "I Can't Decide" by Scissor Sisters. To me, however, she'll always be "Little Girls" by Oingo Boingo... And not just because of the apparent theme. Listen closely, and then think about it...

Also, since Jonathan Coulton has been mentioned, I feel obliged to mention "Skullcrusher Mountain", which is somewhat relevant to Destania.

As for Abel, my other favorite character beside Wildy?

...

'Masquerade! Paper faces on parade! Masquerade! Hide your face so the world will never find you...!'

Lisky

after watching 28 days later...

Abel's story part 1: In the house, in a heartbeat - John Murphy

it seems especially appropriate, although it has no lyrics, the beat, and feel of the song feels... right...

Dan v. Dark Pegasus fight: Duel of the Fates.
After looking over the first Dark Pegasus arc thanks to the revelations of the latest comic, I now have the follow up to this particular theme song: the Gummi Bears' theme song.

Abel: I Am a Rock by Simon & Garfunkel
Abel and May: My Immortal by Evanescence

Lyrics:
Your face it haunts
My once pleasant dreams
Your voice it chased away
All the sanity in me

These wounds won't seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase

Edit: for Dark Pegasus I have "Dead Again" by Tom Smith.

Not really along the lines of character theme songs, but....

Dan's attitude towards Regina - Cry for help by Shinedown

Or at least it fits for the most recent meeting between Dan and Regina.
I somehow get the feeling that you didn't think your cunning plan all the way through.

Thanks go to Kipiru and Rhyfe for the art work used in avatars.

Dan:Monsters by Matchbook Romance(don't feel like explaining)
Mab:Sunshine of Your Love by Cream(she is just full of sunshine and love :mowtongue)
Wildy:Miss Murder by AFI(name says it all)
Jyrras: In Love By Scouts of St. Sebastion(guss who he's in love with)
Situation between Wildy and Jyrras(Janus Bond): Hit Me With Your Best Shot by Pat Benatar(Wildy gave Jyrras the offer to punch her)
Me: Can't Be Saved (would be if my idea of a comic version of me existed)
Kira: Invincible by Pat Benatar(nothing phases her)
I'm back, and tired.

Buhamet

Mab: She's a rainbow (Rolling stones)
Dark Pegasus: Sympathy for the devil / Paint it Black (also by the Rolling stones)

yeah, I'm looking though the less modern stuff for inspiration...... which is why I'm now looking at Folk music and classical for further ideas.

I have odd tastes in music, don't I?

Steeleye Span or Gryphon might be a compromise between rock, folk and classical...

And on that note, for Lorenda: "Spotted Cow" by Steeleye Span

It's a spoof cover of a song someone else was covering on a home recording forum at the time.  I just did it very quickly, hence the crappy mix.  It was also an experiment to see if I could get slapback echo to work on the B77.

Okay, I swear this is my last post regarding psychotic rage Dan.
Nachtmystium - Your True Enemy
"*Incomprehensible scream of rage*
YOU HAVE MADE MY HATRED POSSIBLE,
YOU ARE, MY ANGERS PERFECTION.
ALL MY LIFE
YOUR TRUE ENEMY
TO MAKE AND BREAK,
BURN YOUR TEMPLES,
KNOW THIS NOW
I NEVER SLEEP
END YOUR PAINS
CRUSH YOUR TEMPLES
I WILL NEVER BETRAY MYSELF
NEVER UNDERSTAND YOUR TONGUE"
