Looks like our vulpine hero is going to have an interesting time meeting the rest of the staff... Or perhaps his training's now begun? Hmm...

Lesson number one: How to keep your soul from getting eaten?

Also, should I ask what she's licking off the spoon?

Is it just me, or does anyone else find the colourwork a little weird in this strip?  Also, I think their biggest problem will be to keep Luke from offing himself - the guy's life just keeps getting worse and worse.  He needs a break.

Well, she is a succubus. Perhaps it's the blood of innocents. :O

The shading isn't bad, just different. A little darker but it is nighttime.
Should I assume that the "shortly" in the fifth panel is from being beaten about or being knocked out, again?
This looks like it's about the fourth door Luke has broken down"counting opening the wall in the elevator and what appeared to be a door in page 43", three of which were broken when he was thrown back by another person.

Turnsky

Luke and wood panelling are arch-enemies.

Wouldn't that be the fourth wall? :mowwink

Arch-enemies?  Is this like the sort of enemies where Luke will hurtle himself into every wooden panel he comes across?  Will this lead him to his friends, as he ends up in the doorway of every house in Ariannia?

That, or it'll turn into his unique mutant power: hold your destination firmly in mind and smash your head/body through a wooden door or wall, then *poof/crunch* there you are! It has the potential to lead to some very interesting entrances and a number of headaches for poor Luke.  :mowwink

Oh, and I'm voting for that being barbecue sauce on her spoon, giving it the benefit of versatility and tangy flavor. Then the real question becomes "what does she intend to baste with it?" Bearing in mind that she's a succubus, there might be perks to being on the menu.

AmigaDragon

In the last panel, is that supposed to be a bunny logo of some kind or is that just my imagination?

more or less, but given what i'm going for here, it's likely a reddish berry native to Ariannia..

Just start throwing your comic-making devices in order of sturdiest and least expensive first until you get left alone ^_^

No, no, no! He might break something vital to the artistic process. Moments like these are why one should have lots of sturdy paperweights on hand. Preferably made out of stone or pewter.

I find skulls make good paperweights.

Particularly if you use the skull of the last person who bothered you...

Just don't drink the water. *rimshot*

... and don't breathe the air o/~

And if it's going back home then I just have to declare

creating your own ecosystem leaves many interesting options- there might be a coconut like plant which is filled with tomato sauce and an onion tree, animals that can only be described as a cross between common earth animals (piranha chicken, chameleon pig), or just freakish D&D style carnivorous daffodils. the possibilities may not be endless, but they are quite fun and give you plenty of room to be creative
Some will fall in love with life,
and drink it from a fountain;
that is pouring like an avalanche,
coming down the mountain.

ShadesFox

You know, it would be amusing to try and make a program that optimizes ecosystems.  I've actually recently done my part in developing a software library that would allow such a thing to run on a cluster...

exactly, basically what i'd like to do is to shape Ariannia to be earthlike, but not, y'know?

for example: the Thulda Dragon, can grow larger than a Turkey, roughly about as bright, and fills the same general niche as Chicken and Turkey.

i've yet to figure out ariannia's version of bacon, however.  >:3
