Question on Flash

Does anyone know how to download and save a flash video that's been embedded into a page? I've recently found a Flash movie that I ended up liking a lot, especially with the nice music it has in the beginning. However, there's no way that I can see for me to download it. It's bugging me a bit since I'm a bit paranoid about the page disappearing one day, and since I haven't been able to tell if the artist behind it has been around recently. If someone could please help, that would be great.

Firefox has a few add-on's that'll allow you to download media-content...

And of course then there's always www.archive.org...
