Next poster gets some of my Banana sour cream bars.

BANANA-SOUR CREAM BARS

1 cup Dairy sour cream
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Margarine or butter , softened
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Mashed bananas (about 3)

2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 cup Nuts -- Chopped

Heat oven to 375.
Cream butter and sugar in a standmixer until light and fluffy, and add sour cream and eggs, and continue beating until combined.
Beat in bananas and vanilla until combined.
Sift in flour, salt & baking soda while beating. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan, 15.5x10.5x1 inch. Bake until golden brown and delicious. 20 to 25 min. Cool. Frost with Vanilla glaze. Cut into bars.

Vanilla Glaze: Mix 2 Cups powdered sugar, 1/4 Cup margerine or butter, softened, 1-1/2 ts. vanilla and 2 tbsp. hot water. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons additional hot water until smooth and of desired consistency.
