(Should try my hand at RP making one more time, at least)

"It was around the early-mid 21st century when a plague began to sweep across the planet. It was wiping out human life left and right. News of salvation from the plague came in the form of a discovery by scientists...Soul Digitization. It was a process by which a person's conscience...or soul...is converted into program code. They are then sent to a designated server. Some of the converted decided to drop their old look they had when they were in the flesh, and created new forms that conformed to their ideal look...even a different species or race.

Before the last scientists that created the process succumbed to the plague, they created robots that were designed to maintainence the servers, the buildings that house them and themselves...as well as the machinery that supplied power and communications between servers. Meanwhile, the digitized...also known as "Avatars"... formed a new world within the internet. Digital wilderness and digital cities, a digital earth to call their home. These avatars have also created the first generation of sentient, self-aware AI. Both kinds are living together in this world.

However, like every civilization...there is a criminal element amongst the people. Hackers, Malware, AI manipulated into doing something that is wrong...you name it. Therefore, the Digital Earth Government...aka Net Core...created a police/military force to combat crime, but it would soon need more muscle.

For a few years after the plague, the Net Core discovered a hole in the Internet. That hole was a bridge through space to another planet's network in a distant solar system. This newly discovered network was controlled by hostile programs, therefore Net Core created a Special task fore branch of the military to protect the world from the invaders (now known as the Delta Empire). We can only hope it works, or we can count ourselves hitting the deletion bin..."

Plot of RP: Basicly, you are now a resident of cyberspace. There are more wonders here than there were while you were an organic in the molecular world. However, some of the rules/laws differ in here...and therefore those who are on the side of good should be careful....especially when some of the excitement comes from the dangers of this new world. Also...a universal currency has been established (yes, they still use money here, even when it's virtual), they call them credits. Also, to simulate part of their old lives...they have food and water in this world, as well as shops.

Since ther will be danger somewhere along the RP, let me familiarizes you with some terms.

WeapApp- This term is short for "Weapons Application". It often is used to describe an offensive subprogram in the form of a weapon.
ProtectApp- this term describes a subprogram often used for defense, like a barrier or armor.
MedApp- Medical Application, often used to treat problems with ones own digital health.
CorrApp- "Corrupted Application", a subprogram that contains viral code either through viral infection, or improper/illegal modification. Use of such an app will likely cause it's user to become corrupted themselves.
ClthApp- "Clothing Application" ...what can I say? Even when digitized, some of us can't get rid of the fashion bug.
TransApp- used to define a mode of transportation...like a car or motorbike.
Net Core- Digital Earth's central and highest level of government.

*BIG IMPORTANT NOTE- If any one of your characters you put in this RP is a daemonc entity (succubus/incubus, vampire, Etc.) or a lycan...I strongly recommend/suggest that/those character(s) be at least part Virus type (if AI) or V-class (if Avatar).
