technically if you really want to eat something hot just forget putting it on rice and eat it straight. do what my grandma does and curl up with a big jar of hot peppers and garlic in front of the TV.

also i seriously doubt that eastern cuisine can be THAT hot, seeing as how the habenero pepper and its runners up don't grow anywheres near the orient.

on a side note, the tiger took my father, but ill just stick with the rice thank you very much.
