When I'm not fighting the forces of good upon my mighty stallion of darkness and fire, I write in the style of haiku.
I figure I should start posting them because, hey, unless it's the weekend I have nothing better to do at night.

The Vampire Bat is what I was describing, but the riddle was so vague that wolf would have worked.

Mushrooms are only the enemy if you eat the wrong (maybe right?) ones :p

I am the mushroom, if all is well. My queen! My queen! Is that thine voice I hear? Nay, for the poison hath reached mine veins, and hallucinating is I. Oh woe! The shadows are out at quarter past four, come to spirit me back to my cell. Wait not for me, friends, for I am already dead!
   O, a mushroom. My ears for a mushroom!
