1. Start with the Basics: Loot and Replace Flask Bases

PoE 2 offers 9 tiers of both healing (life) and mana flasks, each with increasing recovery amounts and level requirements.

For example, a Lesser Life Flask (no level requirement) only recovers 50 HP over 3 seconds, while an Ultimate Life Flask (level 60) restores 920 HP over 3 seconds-nearly 19 times more recovery.
