Pax doesn't have its own forum yet so I'll post here if that's OK.

Thanks for the comic. It looks cool, and I think it deserves to be popular.

I think it'd be nice if the comic had visibility to fans of dragons, but I don't think they're likely to just stumble across it. It's nowhere in the likely Google searches that dragon fans might use, e.g. "dragon webcomic".

I'm not sure what would help. Maybe change the Meta Description in the HTML? The current text is: "Pax Draconica - a comic from the creators of Project Future". That's accurate but not really helpful for searches. And it's only on the home page, not the individual strip pages as well. Google will use the Meta Description for its "snippets", according to their web developer documentation, but only if their algorithm thinks it "gives users a more accurate description than would be possible purely from the on-page content".

Searching Google for "Pax Draconica" directly currently gives the latest strip as the topmost result and for its "snippet" text, it's showing: "As the villain of nearly every religion, Fiskul knows a thing or two about prejudice". I presume it's using that because being the earliest comment, it's present on the webpage of every strip, and maybe Google's algorithm thinks it looks more "descriptive" than the Meta Description (which, as I've said, isn't present on that latest strip anyway).

02-02 - Enter the dragon

Sir Fardon certainly knows how to make a point.

A good point, I'll try and remember to look into this after work, see if I can tweak the meta description.
Mostly it's being posted on Bluesky and Fedi and "dragon comic" should match the tags I've used there.
I have been considering whether to post pages to FA as well as I did with Epsilon, and mentioning it on r/dragons is something I've seriously considered, but given that the story can get a little gruesome in places and the characters aren't immune to shiny clothes either I've been a little hesitant.

02-07 - You wouldn't like Fiskul when they're angry

Very impressive effects on Fiskul's void maw.

02-08 - Fardon knows when to fight and when to talk things out

Staring into the abyss, only to see the next universe waiting to be born. Or something like that. I'll have to listen to Party Snacks' speech on the subject again.
Conservative Democrat or Liberal Republican: You decide!
The Centrist line has moved a long way to the Right over the years.

I'd argue that's a horribly shallow argument, except it's completely true. ~ooklah

Fiskul seems hell-bent on assuming the worst about Fardon at this stage, even if they did take off on the wrong feet at first.

Fiskul really doesn't like bullying.

02-08 - Fardon knows when to fight and when to talk things out.

I don't know why, maybe it's all the repetition of size and power the last few comics, but I get the feeling Fiskul may shrink Fardon to teach him a thing about power.

We don't know the extent of Fiskul's abilities yet, but I'm eager to see how this goes.

We are still running about a day behind unfortunately, but I'll see what I can do.

It is interesting to note that Fardon was originally going to be the main character - that piece of information may or may not shape your view as to how things are likely to proceed.

02-09 - Explanations

Now we've got Fardon's side of the story. Let's hope Mermul can give a good account of how his being over the murder scene was pure happenstance.
