Honestly, I would be surprised if the percentage of inquisitors who are Tricksters is in the single digits, and even more surprised if the higher-ups (those who aren't themselves Tricksters) didn't know this.  It's right there in the name.  If not for the fact that they do fill a basket now and then, I might think the whole thing was a false flag.
