Baseball's better. All of a sudden, a rule will come up that I've never heard of, and doesn't make sense.



Of course, in American football, there was a penalty last week for "Illegal Forward Handling", which I had never heard of. Even better, the hand signal for that appears to be the ref rubbing his ass. Oh, and there was "Hurdling", where the hand sign was for the ref to do a "skip" move with his feet.

As for weird games, try Australian rules football. I swear, it's the most pointless game in existance. There's a reason that no one outside Australia plays it.

I had no idea AFL was that promenent elswhere in the world... strange. It seems like such a silly game to me although I'm sure some of my fellow aussie forumites will dissagree.
