I used to work out alot more, but I still do. The most complicated stuff I ever did involved stretching in various ways, but strength training or improving your cardiovascular isn't NEAR as complicated as people make it out to be. Ofcourse, I never tried to bench-press three times my own weight or anything like that, but I do think there's a degree to which one can workout before you're just overdoing it.

All depends on what you're looking for.

In order to make your program you need to stabilish your goals...i do that every 2 months, i see what i lack most and then i focus on it...
