Being able to turn into a taur and run on four legs does look like fun.   Whether or not pumas purr (and I can't remember offhand), it's probably irrelevant if he has a human top half.

maybe if he were a halfie-taur it would apply. Though I wonder if halfie cats purr in that case...

IIRC the part of the cat that makes the purrs is too high up in the neck for it to be in taur form, anyway :P though it's not like the anatomy has to be "correct" of course, could go either way!

I learned something today though! Talkative, purring pumas, so cute
