This raises a number of interesting procedural questions.

If Lord S didn't raise the bounty, he's probably not paid off the bounty hunter.  They're not going to be too pleased about that.
Now, it could be a setup where the bounty is only paid when the execution has been carried out.  But in that case, Deimi is likely to be just turned loose... in which case they're likely to get picked up by the same, or other bounty hunters...
