PSAs are weird, that drowing one was quite horrible (thanks Internet for allowing us to experience the culture of others, haha).

I can't remember any particularly strange ones they made me watch in school, but I can't say I was ever paying attention so who knows whether there were any or not.

The subtext here is that if a Daryil member deliberately sets out to does something sufficiently horrific, Daryil won't protect them from the consequences.
