Time Line question

We know in the Random Encounter timeline present
1) Danni Marble is a young woman
2) Zachary or someone that looks like Zachary from New Game+ is the headmaster of one of the three hero schools

We know that in New Game+ present
1) There is an old former hero named Danni Marble, who appears to be the same as the one from Random Encounter
2) Grain, aka Art, aka Marcus, aka Zackary Dune, ect ect ect, does appear to have ever been responsible for anything... or possess any real subtly for long term plans


Options:
NG+ happened a while before RE and
          The Danni in NG+ is a hero that the RE Danni is named after
          The Danni from RE goes time traveling
Unknown time frame difference
          Grain based the Zachary appearance on a scalie that is headmaster of a hero school
RE happens before NG+
          I have no idea how that might work

NG+ is fifty years later.  Grain models his appearance on O'Reilly, who's the head of Hero High in the present.  Danni is Danni.
