Tapewolf

I had so hoped it would be Paige, Pal or at least someone with some sense.  This is not looking well for Luke.

Why is Luke's hair shorter and lighter in this update than at the end of the last chapter? (His hair is like a dark black/bluish highlights, its brown in this update)  Also, I wonder who she is?  (Oh, Ephrael... Duh!)

--EDIT--
Just noticed his braids in the last panel.

a small note on the comicgen site, yes i do realise the image is borked, but it's actually a blanket problem with comicgen itself, i'm not the only one experiencing it, in other words.

Maybe my memory's slipping of the earlier strips (since the archive is so freaking hard to navigate), or I haven't been around the net enough, but...

Who exactly is Ephrael?  Has she appeared somewhere before or is this her introduction?

Remember the Cameo Auction?  That's the character that one.  This would be their introduction.  It's a character that's often used by the forumite who won. :)

I am not here to judge nor is it my place to do so, therefore, hey, if she's in to that sort of thing...  :U

I'd imagine his wings are nice and soft, sort of like velvet where there are no feathers?

Also, is his hair is brown because, aside from braiding it into a pony tail, she dyed and trimmed it?

Sicill

I see no brown, the hair looks black. Could what you're referring to be caused by the morning light reflecting of of it?

You must have a very dark monitor.

See it now?

While it might be possible that the difference in color is from the moonlight giving it a blueish color and the sunlight making it look brown, his hair might possibly be a dark brunette color.

You might want to do one where you've tweaked the gamma.  Otherwise he probably won't see it, if his monitor really is that dark.

I'm not sure how to modify Gamma using GiMP.  That the same as modifying brightness?

This work, Tapewolf?

Sicill

Yeah, I really think that is just sunlight there. You have a nighttime shot on the left and a morning/daytime on the right. With the nighttime celestial bodies things can appear to have different colourations but in reality they are unchanged.
You may know the whole sunlight vs. moonlight here on Earth.

verily, the difference is infact, lighting. the greenish blue of an Ariannian night vs the yellowy hues of the morning. Luke's base hair color has remained unchanged.

Luke's hair looks like this under normal, white light:

if you're on the comicgen site, then it's a problem with autokeen, aparrently.. go to ariannia.com for how it's 'sposed to look.

edit: fixed it now.. seems autokeen's uploader is borked, have to use the FTP itself.
