Cute, but I'm not misinformed. There have been numerous reports throughout history of Incubi and Succubi attacks where the creatures in question are a type of Poltergeist (or at the very least an invisible entity) that simulates the sensation of sex by influencing the subjects mind and feeds on their sexual energy. In a way they're kinda like psychic vampires I guess. I even have a book on the subject!
