The APF financial grant.  I've been considering starting a university dedicated to high technology and SCIENCE! along with classes in creative uses and abuses of magic.
Therefor, I have been securing funding.  Universities are not cheap.  Especially for all the blast doors I'm having installed.

Though I was thinking, that the first test is actually getting to the entrance exam.  All the doors in the AP University are locked, always.  So you have to break in.  The penalty for getting caught breaking in are... harsh.
