Who's to say they're Necromancing his body?

They could just take his body, take all of his abilities, magnify them, and have an epic battle with Dan.

DUN DUN DUNNNNNN....

*announcer voice* Now it's time to play the world's favorite game- Whodunnit! Who robbed the grave and stole a body?

And what are they going to do with all that dirt?

Maybe he'll be a Clayface-type monster. I thought for a moment there might be a vampire left in Furrae (they need to sleep on their native soil), but no. There's no guarantee that DP was buried in his birthplace, and I can't see Amber bringing vamps into the story when they are quite clearly extinct.

So, I'm out of ideas for now, though I'm pretty sure the Undead might be involved with this.
The Real Myth of Sisyphus:
The itsy-bitsy spider went up the water spout,
Down came the rain and washed the spider out.
Out came the sun and dried up all the rain,
And the itsy-bitsy spider went up the spout again...

(Aaand...I'm back.  Crazy month.)

I didn't see anyone mention the obvious...

Bram Stoker required her vampires to sleep in the earth in which they were buried in order to keep their powers.

(This will do nothing to explain.  But you know I had to.)

Well, if Dark Pegasus captures Merlitz, Aaryanna might go along on the premise: "If anyone's going to kill him, it's going to be me".

And Kria probably wouldn't mind killing Dark Pegasus if the pay is good.

Remember those two British soldiers from Pirates of the Caribbean  I'm wondering if we will see those two graveyard guards in the same type of a role.

Ahem. My post? Right above yours? Duh?

But I skip over posts too.

Well lets just hope Amber hasn't gotten a new steamroller for Christmas.

Yes!  She could be like Bellatrix Lestrange, the Dark Lord's (aka Dark Pegasus) most faithful servant!  And she's trying to bring him back!

Hmm... does this make Biggs Peter Pettigrew?  Ha!  He's gonna have to chop his own hand off!   :3
Three's a crowd:  One lordly leonine of the Leyjon, one cruel and cunning cubi goddess, and one utterly doomed human stuck between them.
