photoshop doesn't do animated gifs?

damn. I've found something gimp does that photoshop doesn't. I didn't think that was possible...


Oh, and yeah - it -would- look better. This was a quick hack, in 2 minutes I stole from doing work. :-)
I can have a better go later, maybe.

Depends on which version of photoshop. I know you could make an animated gif on photoshop CS2.

I wouldn't in previous versions, and I never realized CS2 would... which is what I have...

I have 8 CS which doesn't do animated .gif's.  But Image Ready, which comes with Photoshop, does.

PShop 7 and higher, and maybe a version or two lower (can't confirm that), should come with ImageReady.

Jeez, by the time I get through applauding all these people, another 15 minutes will have passed...
