I have a feeling Regina was banned from rampaging for another 50 years, but I don't have time to find the exact details from the archive.

EDIT:   Okay, so page 1859 confirms that she's banned from rampaging.  And Dark Pegasus will be there to ensure she upholds that.  Page 1861 confirms the duration.

Actually I think a bigger problem might be how much stuff they have that'll fit someone with wings.  But who knows - maybe this is where Dark Pegasus usually goes shopping.
