The blurb says librarians are untrustworthy.  I'm curious to know why now.
Though I doubt this person actually is a librarian.  Scanning through the archives I can't see any obvious mentions of a Leo, but I'd assume they're a Trickster.
Sometimes they pretend to be followers of Jude, and this would also explain the bit about avoiding the cops in the previous page.

i have some concerns about that fresh bread. he's probably the trickster that makes the sleepy stuff for Tish. Boy, Raff, I hope you don't get some craving for fresh bread, any time soon, because that basket certainly has fresh bread.
