I have very strong reason to be suspicious of this suspicious lady! I mainly cite (sight?) her eyes being blank and ghostly like Mana's... and her skin is really pale. So she might be a ghost similar to Mana?

The eyes I grant, the pale skin I'm not sure about - everyone else has fur or dark skin so we don't yet have a frame of reference in this comic.

That said it would be fun if she's trying to drug herself to sleep because she hasn't realised she's dead.  (Though with the judgement and all that's quite unlikely)
