Well, that was interesting.  It's still unclear exactly what the headmistress is, but clearly she has unorthodox powers.

Given the business with Maze, I'm think their idea of 'fair justice' is a bit out of whack and not to be trusted.  Maybe she should have made a counter-proposal to annex Gardenia since the school was there first.

EDIT: Oh, is the blue form her 'dead' colours or something?
