I'm guessing then that advanced Tricksters have a skill similar to The Doctor's psychic paper?  Because this seems to be meant to draw out an illusion, but I don't know how many Tricksters would be stupid enough to try to recreate papers they'd never seen...

I did wonder, but if you're able to confuse them to that degree you may as well confuse them into letting you pass a'la Star Wars.
