This image really confuses me.
Before the swap there are 12 dudes, after it there are 13... How?

The back guy in the second row from the left is the one that doesn't have a person swapped into his spot.  Watch him.

Yeah i noticed that, but how  do they make it so the 13 heads turn into 12? I cant seem in which point they arrage everything so one head turns into a foot or something like that.

Simple.  The guy Damaris mentioned is simply displaced out of the picture by the white space on the last.
