Need help identifying an old anti-smoking DOS game.

There was some game out... and I know these things about it:

It's about some evil sorceror or whatever and his assistant taking smoking from "our world" or whatever wording the story used, and introduced it into whatever the name of the other land is.

The continent on the map was shaped like a set of lungs.

The object of the game was to convince all the regions (on a random playthrough) not to smoke.

Despite the characters you had to convince being the same for each region, their personalities would change from game to game.

I think the evil guy's minion was named Wort. something short and simple like that.

Between travels, you'd get stuck in some kind of maze or other puzzle with a cigarette theme, and the longer you took to solve it or the more mistakes you made (like touching tar walls or cigarette ash) made you less convincing for the guy you were going to convince. I think the game gives you a % of how much less of an effect your choices of words will have on the person, whether or not you do a good job speaking to him/her.

You got a choice of cruddy rewards for a perfect game.

It was a pretty interesting game, despite being themed as it was, and that's why I'm looking for it. It seems pretty obscure, and I may have had it on one of my shareware cds... but I can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance.
