Kipiru is banned for pointing out a flaw in my diction; what I meant was, any problems that aren't also present in all other forms of government that involve people. Everyone is susceptible to corruption; it's just a matter of how well it shows.
Communism as displayed in the most obvious form (ie, the USSR) is corrupt in that the bureaucracy was corrupt all the way through, leading to problems where the system was designed to do x, and didn't manage it because the resources assigned, which should have been plentiful, had been frittered away either in giving or accepting bribes, stealing, etc.
This isn't something that democracy is immune to; democracy tends to have it's corruption in different ways, though.
Suffice it to say that we have yet to see a perfect communistic society on this planet on any large scale; any government that has been running under communism has been flawed in some way.
All of this is a discussion for a different thread, though; and I certainly didn't intend to suggest that any country suffering under such a system would be in good shape; after all, it'd be run by people, and people are inherently corruptible...

Black_Angel is banned because alcohol's effects are determined on an amount of alcohol to capacity ratio, and why heavier people can drink more before getting drunk. The capacity is determined by the amount of body fluid, so drinking water increases that, thus decreasing the amount of alcohol per whatever unit they use.
The1Kobra is banned for totally misunderstanding the reason for the lack of hangover.
Alcohol is hydrophilic; this means it attracts water, and the process of metabolising it uses water up. The most accessible water around is the stuff in the brain, hence why the hangover; dry mouth, headache, sore eyes. The headache is caused by the alcohol byproducts collecting in the brain. Drinking water gives the alcohol something to be metabolised with, leaving the rest of your body alone. More or less.
You can usually get away with downing a pint or so of water on your way to bed, after drinking, but drinking every third drink as water also slows down your intake rate, which is useful.
Note that coke (not cocaine) is also hydrophilic.
