Ok I have to say I'm very confused right now.
Question 1: what exactly is Albina doing in the second panel? He looks like he's just sliding forward, which in a world with as much magic as this doesn't seem that impressive.
Question 2: Seth and Josh are both androids, it seems like that jump would be trivially easy for them
Question 3: what kinda love is he confession there? Sibling(both androids), close friendship, or romantic? I'm deeply confused since I thought Seth was straight, and Daryil had just messed with his head a bit.
Your guess is as good as mine, mate. I'll be on the lookout for answers next Friday.

It's impressive if you're someone like Josh, who can't do it.

Dorcan jumped off a three-story building. Twenty floors is a bit more than anyone has tested, and I think you'll find most ruggedised devices aren't rated for a drop onto concrete like that.

The fact that he thinks he's about to die.
Wow I severely underestimated how tall the building was, but I more meant that it seems like an android should be able to make the jump to the other building josh seems to have landed on easily, or is that just force perspective making a distant building look close and they're both falling to their (certainly temporary) doom?
Also I'm going to guess that androids wings are basically for aesthetic purposes, given that otherwise they could just fly away, or Atleast slow their decent.

Yeah we don't get to see android 'Cubi do anything like real flying until
The Bounty Project (which appears to take place after
The Epsilon Project, given recent evidence).

This was actually addressed in two much earlier pages: http://projectfuturecomic.com/strip.php?strip=112 and http://projectfuturecomic.com/strip.php?strip=114

Ah, fair enough, though that seems kinda like a critical design flaw, given that pretty much all but one of the major... do we call them species, given how wide a range of animals they cover? Anyway all but one of the major races have functional wings.

Well, they're not necessarily essential. I mean, Jakob and co. only have so many resources to devote to these android bodies, so functional wings are probably not a high priority. They can always "upgrade" later.
Here I thought Sethir's love confession was just to spice up the moment with some extra drama; the last chance before death confession... I thought when they jumped they were certain they'd be fine, but the confession was thrown in to sell Albina on the act that they were committing suicide.
... It is a shame that they don't have vernier wings as standard. Though powering jet propulsion might tax their reactor a bit to much.
