I believe it was you, who, long ago, asked if Daryil as captured by Fendrick was an avatar.  I think the answer to that is now fairly obvious.  I apologise for ignoring the question at the time, but I really couldn't think of an answer that wouldn't have spoiled things one way or another :P

So... Daryil is now a tri-wing who has the added bonus of a battle-droid that he can magically control at any time. That is FREAKING AWESOME!

If memory serves, it's controlled but, not by Daryil. :)

...And the award for greatest Troll of the year goes to "Lord Ikaarion Daryil" for his use of avatars.

Fendrick is certainly one to talk about Dayil being mad as a robot. :rolleyes

Since when is Jakob's hair (partially) blue? A few strips back it wasn't.

Did I miss one?  They look okay to me.  It was introduced immediately after the party, but I'm not sure it will stay like that after this arc.

Abel went over this in DMFA(which this is still based on, I believe). Cubi can change their hair color due to their transformative properties. Daryil could have his hair be pink with yellow polkadots, with blue polkadots on the yellow ones, if he so desired.

But don't those bracers prevent shapeshifting and such?

Yes, but they won't undo shape shifting that is already applied.  It will actually prevent him getting rid of the tint.
