Yeah, I have to say that that guy really f***ed up. Nearly executing your king's right hand man unlawfully especially when the king was outright against the death penalty is not going to go over well with anyone. Still, I'm feeling kind of sorry for Yak(ovlev) here, especially since he is most likely facing the kind of mob justice that George Zimmerman is right now. You know, how despite the fact that you can't rightfully convict a guy, a large group of angry people is crying for blood and his release may set off riots.
