Well that was... Unexpected... The power that "The Bunny" gave to him also works in a subconscious way... Interesting.

So any ideas of who Alec is talking about?

Also, in the present, is the Sorceress castle in another dimension or covered with illusion magic?

I also thought it was just invisible but they state quite clear that it is in another dimension.

I think there's a big problem here that comes to light with Alec having to kill the three Sorceress at the same time.

Even if he can possibly control his destination, how can he exist in three places at once? :erk

I suppose that's a less messy prospect to think about then relying on Bucky for help with the time weapon, though. Let's see, that gives three time items for Alec to work with in that scenario. A flute. A sword....And then Bucky himself, hero of time after all.
