I wonder just how drastic, drastic really is? :)

It's an Omniscient Council of Vagueness (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TheOmniscientCouncilOfVagueness), Huzzah!  (TVTropes infinite-time-sucking link.  You Have Been Warned.)  All my favorite web-comics have an OCV.  Must say something about my state of mind.  :)  What's funny is that I just read the latest DMFA comic (#1302), and the first thing I thought was that it was these guys who done the dirty deed. :)  Whoops, wrong comic!

This reminds me of Commander Ashford's obsession with some shadowy organization he called The Subtle Paw.  Could this, perchance, be them?
