happy April the first!
Eh, no. But just so you know I'll have to mine this when the real one comes out. I haven't even checked the main site, but I know she hasn't updated yet.

meh this is mostly just "have a happy april fools post"
feel free to do whatever you want with it after it's not April 1
I get the feeling you'll get a few bites with this, if nothing else. :P

heh, I hope so :P
Actually, I looked at it because I wanted to make sure there wasn't a problem with the browser or the site. I had found it odd that she had posted on a Sunday, but thought that she might have some activity that was planned for Monday.
Of course, it could be turned into a read topic, such as "Ways in which Kria and Abel could meet but not realize it".
For example, Kria could visit Lost Lake in disguise and demand to see Alexsis. Alexsis not being there, or being otherwise occupied, Abel disguises himself as Alexsis and meets with Kria.

but then if we do that it will have to be moved to the tearooms instead of the mine...
And IMO all april fools threads should go to the mine :P
also Abel would recognize kria but kria wouldn't be able to recognize abel.
It would be funny if something like what happened in the doctor who episode "partners in crime" would happen (for those who don't watch doctor who, 2 people who know each other and "want" to meet each other almost meet about 20 times, but only meet each other after a long time..)
Eh, I usually come through the comic to here anyway.
Had to back up and refresh the page a few times before the thought of what April the first actually means and how it applies to this post. The wheels. They slowly grind these days.
If a meeting between Kria and Abel would take place, I'd have to wonder if Amber would make it lead up to a 'spit take'.
Whenever I come to the forum I go through the site first, yet you still got me. When I saw the thread title I went back to the main page and hit refresh. Probably should have come into the thread first >.>

what's Spit take?
Usually a moment in comedy when something shocking is revealed while a character is drinking something (usually coffee or tea) and ends up spitting it out in suprise (usually over either the person next to them or the person who just revealed the news).

Ahh, thanks, a bit like after the :shapeshifters scene?
More like this scene (http://www.missmab.com/Comics/Vol_621.php), where Dan does the "Pac-Man headwings" thing to Abel.

Depends on what your hunting.
hunting cockroaches is not a sport as far as I know :P
Just so we're clear:
It sounds like you're implying that you're a cockroach.
I'm not arguing either way, just looking for clarification there. ;P

Har de har
You know exactly well that I wasn't implying that :/
Seeing as if he was a roach he'd have the sense to skitter away by now clearly he is not, heh.

Also, roaches are difficult to kill. Not so hard to squish, mind, but...
Some cockroaches are highly intelligent (http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0065151/). :reading

not when you cut off their heads!
For their size, they are intelligent, but still way behind most other non-insect animals in intelligence.

Technically, that's not a cockroach, that's just someone very intelligent who has replaced their head with that of a roach.
... You know, re-reading that sentence leaves me with a very surreal and oxymoronic taste in my mouth...
