Okay, two points.

One: Dammit, we don't find out (yet) who Ishmael is.

Two: B&E - or, indeed, any sneaking about - is easier to avoid getting caught out at if you put the bloody cigarette out. You know how far away from yourself those things can be smelt? Miles. Just ask any non-smoker.
