What I find interesting is that Geisha actually seems guilty about the fact that he's condemning Jigsaw and Daisy to a horrible fate (if they don't get back in time - which we don't know for sure that they won't, yet). He doesn't like the fact that they're going to die, but he's still offering himself up as the scapegoat - someone they (and everyone else) can blame when the inevitable tragedy occurs.
Maybe it's just that he likes Jigsaw and Daisy better than he likes Jason and Alice - they've been actively trying to avoid screwing things up, after all. Maybe there's some sort of backstory here.
