Well, this kinda stinks. Hopefully Abel at least has underwear, otherwise :erk
Well . . . He's a shapeshifter. Nae problem for him really. Kinda feel bad for Tina, but as I don't really care about her (not being someone I've seen before) and she's more annoyed that horrorfied, It's no big deal.
And as someone said earlier, not all guys wear undies.
*walks away humming ode to joy"
This is why you always bring an extra set of clothing when you go flying anywhere as a precaution.
Just go as gryphon Abel, you look so nice nobody will notice you don't have pants.
I had the distinct feeling this would happen, I wouldn't say it was predictable though.
That's very interesting in the first and second panels there with him turning back to Cubi form. First panel especially so since his wings are apparently reforming to be smaller. Either Gryphon wings are larger then Cubi or it was easier to fly with the larger surface area.
Pants related prediction:
Abel runs across the situation, not related to any set of abs mind you, where he can no longer keep the shape-shifted pants up, and are "dropped" right in front of Jyrras...
Hilarity shall ensue >:3
I hope he remembered to take the 'turn your wings into clothes' class as some point over the last couple of centuries.
...Wow, first Dan, now Abel? At this rate, every single male character is going to be showing the world their family jewels, so to speak
Dammit, Amber! Stop making your male characters lose their pants all the time! This is starting to turn into an overly used running gag!

Anyhow, 'Cubi seem to be able to alter clothing close to their body, so he might be able to morph the top into a robe or something. I'd be more worried about whether he has any keys, wallet or a photo-id with headwings in his trouser pockets.

Hey, it's not as if Abel's going to "strut his stuff" right in Jyrras' face, is it? Jyrras is just as tall as Abel, right? So the first thing Jyrras is going to see when he opens the door, is Abel's
face, right?
And Abel will
certainly not be bothered by a swarm of bees, causing him to do a strange kind of dance, flailing his arms wildly about, and losing the rest of his clothes in the process. At the exact moment Jyrras opens the door.
When you mentioned a running gag, what comes to mind is a song with the line "Fastest thing on two feet".

Will he come up shorts, though.
The puns must END!
...Anyway. Last we saw Jyrras, he had a knife. Pantless Abel + slightly deranged Jyrras with a knife? >:3
Abel keeps losing his clothes to the ladies wether they like it or not. >:3
You know if this keeps up he's going to lose his pants to Kria when or if they meet again. :U
though you got to admit, Tina is lucky; she didn't get hit by a wallet.
Most men tend to keep their wallet in their pants (though when humans fly they tend to keep it in the pants they are wearing). Being hit by a fully developed wallet would be like being hit by a brick. Though if you survive the incident, "hey a wallet!"

I think this one's (http://www.rcsitravel.net/archive/2006/12/11) much cuter.
As for the bright eyes mentioned in one of the other threads, I think what's what we're seeing in panel 2 (i.e. the shiny black on the pupils). That's what 'bright eyes' generally means, as opposed to 'bright colours' :P
So the comic is now "Dan and Abel's Pantsless Adventures"? No, it's got a nice ring to it, definitely.
I think we need a new gag soon.

Considering it's a PG rated comic. Yes.
Think of all the children you'd scar. Think of the children :cry
Hey, we've already done gore in this commic(at least, in Abel's) why not one more step?
Because Abel's comic is in one higher rating category?
Because for some strange reason in USA, nudity is considered less children-safe than violence and gore?

Because Amber said so.
And Abel's Story is PG-13, not PG. Pay attention, it's listed on this section of the forum. And in the rules. And on the comic itself...
Ha, Llearch asking a forumite to pay attention is like asking a dog to not walk on all fours. :U

Some dogs do manage to wake without 4 legs.
You have to teach them to do so, though, so the analogy still applies.
Call be immature, but I still think the pantless joke is funny. Rock on, pantless DMFA. Rock on.
I like Tina, she seems like a cool person. I'm wondering if she's considered a mythos or a being. I mean, a snake being would look like that, I would guess... but do snake 'beings' even exist?
Well, Dan and Abel are not the only ones to have been sans clothes in this comic, so we know the gag works.
I don't mind, personally, I think it's fun stuff. :)
I'm more curious as to whom he is visiting ?

I've always found that so, so,
so strange.
I thought it was kinda obvious that it was Jyrras... "Go figure he would live within walking distance from the inn." For all I know, though, it could be his zombie adopted brother.
just wondering is this Tina the same one mentioned in "http://www.missmab.com/Comics/Vol_1115.php"?
Likely not. The Soulstealers all seem to be Equine (or similar) Demons. I could be wrong, but just based on that alone I'd not be inclined to think it is.

You're most likely right, but don't forget about marrying into the family. I for one agree its most likely a coincidence but still just sayin.

Well, he's a late bloomer, isn't he?
He's just a little
capricious, is all. :)
Also, psh, pants are overrated.
Tina should count herself lucky. Large flying creatures can drop far worse than pants upon the innocent sunbather.
"It's like a pigeon's - but really, really BIG."
I've seen that happen in Hikaru's story Identity Crisis, in book (season, whatever) 3, dragon dropping a load on a whole squad of soldiers coming up the path.
Oh hell .... if I was a dragon, I'd get a kick out of pooping on knights and fair maidens as I fly by.
It would be absolutely hilarious!
