A series of images released by Valve would suggest so (http://www.joystiq.com/2010/03/03/valve-teases-apple-announcement-of-something/).

The hinting does seem to go that way. I'm surprised that, even given it's smaller share of the computer market, very few companies have put much effort into getting their games on Mac systems (Some have, but as the article covers they're often released later and poorly done). I'm not a fan of Macs myself but I'm always for more gamers. Now if only this could be made to work on Linux...

Aside: I think the next computer I'm going to get will be a Macbook Pro, since OSX is based on FreeBSD. Also, the fact that Linux is never going to have a microkernel is a good reason to consider a Mach-based system.
But as to Source on Linux, Postal III (due 2010) has stated that they plan to use the Source engine, and that it will be available on Windows, Xbox360, PS3, OSX, and Linux. Maybe that means that Linux will come shortly after OSX.
I'm not sure what sort of ad campaign they'd use to hint that they're going for Linux, though. Unless... I'll be right back.
This is probably the best you can get for Linux:

Eurgh. A redhat based boot sequence. *shudder*
Odd, I have the same boot sequence on PCLOS...
Oh, and don't tell me that none of you have heard about Transgaming's Cider: http://www.transgaming.com/ (http://www.transgaming.com/)

I didn't know it was still around.

Ugh, Cider. That is a
cheap lazy and inefficient way of porting games over.
As for Steam on OS X: Confirmed (http://gizmodo.com/5488383/steam-comes-to-mac-offers-cross+platform-gaming-free-of-charge). As a tier 1 platform. So all of Valve's Source games will use OpenGL for it's graphics natively.
