Hey! I may be a noob here but I am semi-experienced otherwise. So, I'm new and I read DMFA from the beginning to the present and all the bonus and additional arcs as well. If I do anything wrong, don't hesitate to yell at me.
Try not to annoy the mods, or they'll eat you.
Uhm, make sure you read the rules, I'm sure there's a guide as to how to avoid mod predation in there somewhere.
Welcome, have a nice day, and Nadsat doesn't count as English.
Nadsat? ...Yeah, I've encountered mods before... pip comes to mind, and I'm dan...

well as long as they actually warn me, not just ban me out of the blue like a few other boards.
i don't think we've actually banned anyone other than spambots for like a year

We beat the members into submission.
welcome to the People's Republic of the Clockwork Mansion
Our mods are actually all very small and adorable. Like kittens.
In Soviet Clockwork Mansion, forum bans you.

Some didn't require the beating to put them in submission, but they seemed to like it regardless.
i'm surprised we haven't seen Bawksy... He tends to like giving a greeting for the new people...
I would, but I've been busy.
Also, I gave up on greeting newbies for lent.
I try not to greet them. I just try to belittle them until they leave.
What is a greeting, really? A simple "hello," or perhaps something more dramatic... Either way, this one welcomes thee to this interesting place. :januscat
thanks.
Newbies bite. :U
at least ,so I am told.
*CHOMP* :kittyno

Reasonable censorship is something I have no problem with, but usually they kind of get a bit overexcited. :U

The administration wholly endorses the ability to smack you around as if you were a ho they were a pimp.
I didn't follow most of that.

Then you should probably be back out on the street, earning some bling for us.

Yeah, but the mental image of the Baker Bunny in a tight miniskirt may do some harm.
I mean, that's about on par with Sailor Bubba... ;-]
Hey, that sailor scout really works it.
Sounds like you really look up to him.

Your avatar does, yes. You? Less so. Or, at least, in my mind's eye, which is probably perverted and sick anyway... ;-]

Aww man you had to bring real life into this.
*pouts*
Oh well
In RL I'd never be caught dead in a skirt... well maybe a kilt
Skirts are pretty awesome, though...
hey, question, is stabbing a perfectly acceptable way to greet a newbie still? Or is there some other way you'd prefer... perhaps something a bit more...
FOUND IT!...
:noobrape
Stabbing is also good, as is making them squeal like a piggy.
Meh. Stabbing is overrated. It doesn't hurt as much as it seems like it would.
Then you just haven't experienced it done properly.
Trust me, I have.... It bled... Alot...
If you were stabbed properly, you wouldn't be here. Hearts with holes in them work significantly less effectively...
legs and arms however, just scar.

See, I disagree there. If you stab them in the heart, you don't get to watch them bleed out, slowly, over time.
It's much more effective if you couple the stabbing with a judicious use of rope or duct tape.
Oh pah, tourniquets are only useful if you're willing to sacrifice their limbs in the end. The truly evil would bring styptic powder with them to maximize damage while minimizing bleeding... but i digress, are we talking about how to treat the newbie, or kill him in the most agonizing and drawn out way possible?
I don't think there's that much of a difference.
And my vote goes to forcing him to watch old Barney the Dinosaur tapes.
OH GOD NO!

hmmm... do trains travel in both directions on this track?
And what did the Mods do with the Conductors?
Brady, not only do trains travel both ways, they collide where a newbie is standing *grins*...
