I'm just curious if anyone here plays Touhou or heard of it. Its a maniac shooter game that is known for its difficulty, music or/and large cast of characters.
It's also a PC game but its all in japanese but there are english patches out for most of the games.

I love Touhou games. The music, the graphics, all great. The one I've found a translation for isn't bad either. The two I enjoy most would be Incarnation of Scarlet Devil, and Imperishable Night. Playing as that devil is amusing not just because of her and her servant's nice attacks but their lines are all creepy and funny. And yeah, if you can go so far as to beat the extra stage on any of the games I'm sure you could beat any other shooter game with no problem. :januscat
If your able to beat Lunatic mode, THEN you be able to be any other shooting game much like this. : P
Though Subterranean Animism is VERY difficult to be for me, Parasee' last spell card always gets me.
I've heard of it, but never played it. I just rather enjoy the music repertoire it contains and the remixes other artists manage to spin upon them. If I am going to get the game, I will probably find the original Japanese versions since I abhor bad translations.
Subterranean Animism is one of those I didn't know about. I will need to check it out. :januscat

They have a list of patches for the game on it's wiki, which also contains the english patches as well.
But so far there are no english patches for Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, Phantasmagoria of Flower View, Shoot the Bullet, and the New Unidentified Fantastic Object (which will be out by August 14)
I played two of them.. but they were in japanese so I don't know what I was doing or if there was a story or anything. I just remember soo many things flying at me. I liked playing them. Donno what happened to them.
