Luke makes alot friends lately,I pray things look up soon for him and the creator! :hug
How to make friends and influence people:
PANG!!! (x47)
Have I told you lately that I love this comic? The serious moments are so very serious and the hilarious moments are absolute gold! Doing both that well is a very special thing. Oh yeah, and then there's that whole "engrossing plot" thing. :eager
As for Kittah enjoying this...why wouldn't she? This kind of well-toned culinary chaos is probably what she lives for. Depending on her emotional flavor of choice she's probably also getting a good meal out of the deal.
Transparent Kittah is Transparent
Milnea boobs. ~<3 Has my birthday come early this year? Looking at this strip, I think it has.
So does anyone recognize the one getting the pan-comic treatment?

Oh it's
Pannfully obvious :3
Well, don't WOK yourself up over it if you don't spot it. I wouldn't want to cause a PANic.
Ha! that sure made my day. :giggle
Gotta love the cameo's
Does my eye deceive me or is that Aniz getting panned. I like how Luke is calm as if saying 'a mater of fact' while he pans his harasser.
Poetry in motion...

pretty much, i hope if amber reads the comic, it cheers her up, aparrently she somehow digs my arts & how i'd interpret her characters, dunno why, though.

I'm going out on a limb here...but might it be because you're a talented and expressive artist?

I'm going with huge cash bribes. *nod nods*
The comic is up and it looks great. I think you've done an excellent job with both inking and Photoshop, like the subtle movement blur on the arm. Well done.
Good luck with your financial and cat situations.

How about a bit of
PANdemonium then?
I have two things to say: 1. Good hit Luck. Aniz deserves it. and 2. I only started reading yesterday, finished reading today and already I can't wait to see what happens next.
Heh, when worse comes to worse, there's nothing a good frying pan cannot defeat! :D Doesn't need batteries, doesn't need to be sharpened, recharged or reloaded, always woks!

D'oh! I thought we'd almost exhausted the pun potential of this one, but clearly I was mistaken.
Also, as per...some AD&D 2nd Edition errata: +proficiency Frying Pan (or Skillet) grants a bonus to any comedic potential in a given encounter.
Well, it's obvious that Luke has some skillet wielding his chosen weapon...

Thank you. I was trying not to make that pun, but it was so, so stuck in my head.

I'm so going to punch you in the
pancreas.
I'm trying to imagine this thread as being full of dead-pan humor. It's not working.
Well, just keep practising, and eventually you'll develop the skillet imagining that you need for it.

Out of the frying pan, into the fire?
Of course, there's all sorts of other things we could do. Spread the sauce, or handle it ourselves, or just make it a double-boiler, or just grill and sear it...

next we add the onions, and a little bacon, and cook that gently for fifteen minutes before adding the vegetables..

Dude, you just totally ruined the dish by bringing it here first. It's already full of vegetables.
Oh, burn! I guess we'll have to add more pepper to the sauce to disguise that charred flavor...
I was half expecting someone to suggest drowning the dish in Catsup/Ketchup to fix the flavor. Oh well, don't forget to control the salt.
I love a good pun pandemic! They saute warm my heart, and I love a character who can cast iron.
One thing though... There's a mature Cubi, giving a young Thae-lith (did I spell that right?) a noogy, and getting pummeled for it.
Amber's Cubi are powerful creatures, and while often stirred up, they are seldom stir-fried. That takes some serious wok.

I've got a few ideas to answer that...
First: This seems entirely too lighthearted a level of hijinks for the old-and-bitter Aniz. Maybe we are, in fact, dealing with his younger, more innocently mischievous self?
Second: It's possible that while physical, (mostly) nonlethal shenanigans are acceptable, there's a "no magic combat in the halls" rule?
Third: It's a cameo in an alternate universe. It doesn't have to be canon. (Translation: sit back and enjoy the fun. :mowwink )
zzzzzz..... muh? what? huh... dusty...
in seven hours, kiddies, i've actually done something.. :U
Screen shots or it didn't happen!
I think he could be talking about updating the comic, but that is ubsur.....
Oh, wait, he has actually updated it. Nevermind. :3
