Welcome.  Just make sure you follow the rules, and I think we'll get around just fine.

They are invading, like always! Countermeasures must be taken, and counter-counter-countermeasures!

It's good to see you've settled down. Now, try to use punctuation.

The English is weak with this one.  Then again, the intertubes has been dealing such death blows to English since its inception.  :U  The horror....  *has flashbacks to 4Chan and curls into the fetal position.*

I am a human, and sadly that makes me a rarity here.  Though my character's sheer overpowered martystu-ness means he still fits in the crowd, in a warped and twisted way.

The human race is always looking for my applicants!  You can even sit at our cool table during lunch!

Ah, but the Humans dominate the administration.

That may be true, but what if all of us everything else combine forces and rise up against you...?

And no worries, Jack. Good to see you again.   :januscat

Again, I must point out that this isn't a chatroom, it isn't a blog and it isn't Twitter.  You may get a swift reply, but that's the exception rather than the norm.
Also, double-posting (two consecutive posts by the same author) is not generally considered a good thing.

Wales. Or Canada.

Wales.

Wales is pretty weird and messed up, but I'm not sure 'arrogant' is quite how I'd describe it.

Nah, I got nothing against Wales. Heck, there's a trans-dimensional traveler in one of my stories whose sole reason for making our world his home is because it has Wales. Apparently, Wales is really rare in the multiverse. And he comes from one of those alternate Wales's.

Why yes, I am weird.

Strictly speaking, it is against the rules.

Then we'll end up in a very empty forum, for the administration has the keys to the banhammer. ;-]

As far as the Kiwi's are concerned, the Aussies have always been uppity.

I suspect that's a matter of perspective, though; you always think your closest neighbours are uppity and trouble, even if they're as far apart as London and Moscow. I'd pick an example from the States, for all the folks from that corner of the world, but I don't have one off the top of my head...

typically just about everyone except the country of georgia dislikes the united states, which is puzzling considering how many people think its a good idea to come here when citizens are trying to flee the states as it is.

however the citizens of the united states are usually to 'pc' to actually dislike other countries (disliking entire religons is still the norm everywhere) with the exceptions of whichever country your job just got exported to, and the french. oddly enough many residents of the united states reserve their premium loathing for other parts of the united states, certain populations of other parts of the united states, or whichever part of the united states they so happen to currently be standing on.

example- most of the southern states think california is full of hippies, wisconsin and illinois have been holding a heated staring match for upwards of fifty years, new york thinks everywhere else in the entire world is irrelevant, the states of georgia alabama tennesee misouri and most of louisianna are generally considered to be inbred beyond being funny anymore, washington state thinks the whole country should kiss its feet for the gift that is starbucks, most of the eastern seaboard considers new jersy to be a fancy name for dung heap, texas is know known as the forsaken lands where george bush came from, poor little guam and puerto rico cant understand why nobody accepts them as part of the family

I don't think Uruguayans are all that uppity. There is that issue about the paper factory, but I think there are factories in Argentina that pollute a lot more, and Botnia does have environmental controls. So I think the whole conflict is quite hypocritical.

Also, welcome (back) to the forum!

I have to say, as a native to Tennessee, it is hard keeping up with 7 grudges.  I just go with Virginia, South Carolina, and Kentucky and leave it at that.
*shakes fist at the uppity.  Returns to building his potato cannon of doom with which to shell neighboring states.*

at least you don't have the yoopers, and half the rest of the country thinking everyone from your state talks like they're from the small land of irritating people next to your state.

Even Bush didn't reach his levels of corruption.

I definitely can see some of those. Though in fairness to New York, I think it's only downstate that thinks everywhere else is irrelevant. Including upstate NY. (I'm from downstate myself. >:3)
