So what was your games haul this holiday season? This doesn't have to be just gifts, maybe you saw a game that you wanted and bought it yourself (we all have to give ourselves gifts every now and again). I think I did pretty well for myself personally. I managed to pick up:
1) Eternal Sonata (PS3)
2) Folklore (PS3)
3) Little Big Planet (PS3)
4) Luminous Arc 2 (DS)
Shivering Isles.
Far Cry 2 and Resistance 2. Both for Playstation 3. Good times.
Fallout 3 and Farcry 2
Still holding up on Left 4 Dead.
Well, it's new to me, but...
STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl

STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl
I have that game. It's quite fun. However with the death of my laptop, I have to start all over again in it. XS
haha, i got STALKER too... it's pretty epic, though i lucked out with my equipment, some guy had a scoped AK like 50 feet outside the stalker training grounds... i asked him nicely (with bullets) and he gave it to me :mwaha
other than that, i ended up with Gears 2
COD: WAW
and Left 4 Dead
Prince of Persia ( the new one) for PC
Left 4 Dead And Cod Waw, both of which are great fuun.
The games I got for Xmas are Super Mario Galaxy, Sonic and the Secret Rings, Mario Party 8 and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, all on my brand-spankin'-new Wii. 'Twas a grand Pip-like hoard.
Games I got...Call of Duty World at War (Personally I like 4 a bit better, because tanks are cheap...make sense if it was like the Heli in COD4 were you need 7 kills before dying, but no you just rush to the tank).
I also got Fable 2 and although nice the first was better.
1) .Hack//G.U. Vol. 3: Redemption (PS2)
2) Kingdom Hearts (PS2)
3) Dark Cloud 2 (PS2)
To be honest, I can't tell whether or not I should actually play Dark Cloud 2.

It was one of the better RPGs to hit the PS2. A little old school for my tastes, but still decent. It's certainly a lot better than .Hack ever was.
On a whim, I bought the Starship Troopers FPS for like 5 bucks. Equal parts fun and frustrating.
The little computerized face-grenades are great, though. Wish I could find a picture :<
I got Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Dungeon and Elite Beat Agents. :U I've beaten the main story for FFF:CD and can't wait to finally get a new DS so I can play EBA. :)
FFF:CD is one of the hardest games I've ever played, but it's really cute and you don't lose your equipped stuff when you get KO'd, which makes things much easier. I don't know why people don't like cute games, because they can hide some of the most deliciously hard gameplay I've ever seen, sometimes on par with Fire Emblem in awesome hardness. But I like hard games. [/obvious]
