The future for big cats is getting quite bleak. Captivity will be the only place they have left in a few decades. :<
Well... Let's just hope that grant money will help slow the killings.
Sadly it kinda seems like the community of Mountian View here where they shoot down the cougars in the area (despite the laws against it).
That is depressing. I'm partially relieved that lions aren't becoming extinct worldwide (although they are threatened), but this is still horrible. :< I hope the situation is rectified soon.
