Yes. The blue-ringed bubbles are "spoken" thoughts, as distinct from the standard thought bubbles, which Jig may or may not "overhear".

Yes, but the question is, who's hearing it? That's unclear, though I'd say it had to be Veo for her to freak out like that. In which case it would be kind of a mean thing for Jig to do..
Huh. The faces look a little different than they did in the past few pages. I think Jiggy was experimenting with a new drawing style, especially with Cypress, because she looks extremely different.
