Looks like this is from 2005, but it did amuse me in a sick sort of way. When I saw it last night it was the second most emailed story on BBC News.

And here I thought this thread was a parody showing the negatives effects of hiding you grenades in your stomach next to your smokes. (MGS reference for those of you not in the know)
