Generally discussions on here are discussions, and don't degenerate into flame wars. And the admins look unkindly upon people who take it there, since the rules state "don't do it" in no uncertain terms.
If you're still lost, have a look in the rules, and see what it says about it. And if you're -still- lost after that, come back and I'll explain again.

Just in case it wasn't obvious, the admins will generally be willing to explain what a rule means, if it's at all vague. We've tried to make them clear, but there will be cases where people simply don't understand. Asking prior to breaking the rules is just one of the ways we try to keep the peace, as it were. ;-]
